Classes – Season 2026/2027

Rhythmic Gymnastics

(f – Groups 5-6y, 7-9y, 10+ years)

Rhythmic gymnastics is a beautiful and dynamic discipline within the sport of gymnastics. It focuses on floor routines performed with or without apparatus such as rope, ball, hoop, clubs and ribbon, combining artistic elements from ballet, dance and acrobatics.

BabyGym

(f/m – 3+ years with parents)

Discover BabyGym: our latest programme for the little ones! Here, we lay the foundations for an active lifestyle through play and specifically support your child’s motor development.

GymDance

(f – Groups 5-7 years, 8+ years)

GymDance combines elements of gymnastics and dance with body control and expression. The gymnasts are prepared for artistic gymnastics and dance routines for beginners, which are performed individually or in groups for internal and public performances.

MiniGym

(f/m – 4 years)

MiniGym is a beginners’ course that teaches the basic elements of gymnastics before moving on to other courses (RG, GymDance). Young gymnasts (aged 4) are introduced to the various gymnastic elements in a playful way.

AcroGym

(f/m – 7+ years)

AcroGym (acrobatics) is a sport that combines gymnastics, dance and partner lifts. Athletes work together to perform balancing acts, somersaults and creative poses, often in pairs or groups. This sport promotes strength, trust and teamwork, whilst being both fun and exciting.

Calisthenics

(f/m – 16+ years)

Calisthenics is a training method that uses only your own body weight to build strength, balance and flexibility. It includes exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, squats and handstands. You can do it almost anywhere, and it’s a great way to get strong and fit and learn some cool skills without needing any special equipment.

Fitness4Parents

(f/m – 18+ years)

Fitness4Parents is a specially designed exercise programme for mums and dads that uses functional exercises to build strength, stamina and core stability for everyday family life. This includes targeted movements such as squats, lunges and core exercises for the back. It is ideal for staying fit, energetic and pain-free despite the stresses of everyday life with children, without requiring a lot of time or a gym.

Pilates

(f/m – 16+ years)

Pilates is a systematic whole-body training method that uses controlled, flowing movements to build core strength, flexibility and stability. This includes targeted exercises to strengthen the core, mobilise the spine and improve posture. It is excellent for improving overall fitness, effectively preventing back pain and tension, and promoting mental balance, without the need for special equipment.
